Due to international shipping logistics and customs processing, delivery of packages can take a minimum of 4 to 16 weeks, and in some cases, even longer. Extended shipping times beyond this range may occur and should be expected by the customer.


3. No Refunds for Shipping Delays or Customer Dissatisfaction

Once an order leaves the control of our third-party vendors, Theaep.link expressly disclaims any liability for shipping delays, lost, or damaged packages during transit. Our third-party vendors commit to ensuring that all items are shipped and dispatched properly.

In the rare event that a vendor fails to fulfill their shipping obligations, Theaep.link will initiate an investigation to resolve the issue. However, this does not guarantee refunds, returns, or replacements.

Please be aware that there are strictly no refunds or returns due to customer dissatisfaction. For example, if you order shoes and the size does not fit, this outcome is solely your responsibility. The third-party vendors and Theaep.link will not facilitate any return process or issue refunds based on incorrect sizing or ordering errors made by the customer.

All sales are final, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order before purchase.


4. Tracking and Shipping Updates

Customers may experience infrequent or delayed tracking updates while packages are in transit. This is common and does not indicate that a package is lost or undeliverable. Tracking information is provided as a courtesy when available, but it is ultimately controlled by the shipping carriers.
